World Gym Quebec is hiring General Managers!
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for fitness and health? World Gym Quebec is seeking a General Manager to join our team and help us provide a world-class fitness experience to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the gym, including sales and goals, staffing, scheduling, and facilities maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention
- Sales leader with the ability to develop sales skills amongst staff
- Strong leadership qualities and highly capable of driving results through active coaching and accountability
- Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, including personal trainers, membership sales representatives and group fitness instructors etc
- Maintain a safe and clean gym environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in fitness management, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, programs, and trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
