HR Coordinator
World Gym is looking for a dynamic and talented HR Coordinator to join our team. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department by handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions.

Job summary
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of human resource activities. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance processes, helping to create a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate screening and interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientation and training.
- Support administration and ensure employees’ records are up to date.
- Help maintain employee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with management on employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
- Maintain HR systems, track employee information, and update records in an organized and timely manner.
- Coordinate corporate events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and practices to meet company goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
