Member Service Representative
Are you looking for an interesting and motivating job in the health and wellness field? World Gym Quebec is currently looking for a member service representative (night shift) at our centers.

With you on our team, we continue our mission to provide easy and affordable access to the world of fitness and personal wellness for all.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly
- Answer clients’ questions
- Answer calls received at the front desk
- Promote the sale of subscriptions and additional services
- Coordinate counseling sessions for personal trainers
- Encourage clients
- Perform administrative tasks
- All other related tasks requested
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 6 months of sales experience
- Fluency in French and English ( oral and written)
- A high school diploma (or course obtained)

- Proactivity and a good capacity for autonomy
- Ability to manage several different priorities at the same time
