Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized training programs
- Offer private, semi-private, and group training sessions
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele
- Manage your schedule according to your clients’ needs
- Ensure member follow-up and well-being
- Achieve and exceed set sales objectives
- Perform administrative tasks related to your activitie
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal training
- Personal trainer certification (an asset)
- University degree in sports science, physical health, or a related field (an asset)
- Experience in sales and achieving business objectives
- Experience in customer service
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Canadian citizenship or valid work permit
- Dynamic, professional, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
