With today’s uncertainties, one thing is true, your choices are limited, but that doesn’t mean you have to be. You’ve heard it multiple times before when you were planning a new beginning for yourself: “Join a gym!”, and that’s your best way to begin. Don’t let anything stop you just like we are not letting anything stop us from adapting everyday to protect the fitness environment we created. When you can’t go to the gym, the gym will come to you! Join a fitness app and take your first step into a year that is all about you.

Until you are able to go to the gym, having a workout corner at home is key, but why not take it to a higher level and situate your corner somewhere you can constantly see from basically anywhere around the house. This way it’s much harder to ignore your invitation to be better when you get a reminder on your app that it’s time to workout and in just the right moment to look up to see your corner ready and waiting, all you have to do now is get up and start! Get yourself into your routine and soon you’ll find yourself driving to the gym everyday without a miss!

Tell them about your favorite fitness platform, get a customized nutrition or workout plan you can follow together, suggest doing a virtual group class together, or even get a personal trainer to help guide your virtual fitness group. Strength is truly in numbers, and a part of healing yourself is radiating your good energy onto others. Push yourself by pushing others too so you can walk through a healthier happier year together!
