From a very young age, coach Daniel learned the importance of living an active life from his journey with Martial Arts. On several occasions, he competed in MMA and wrestling tournaments, and eventually, he acquired his black belt in kung-fu at the age of 18. Today, Daniel is a competitive Powerlifter, and he often participates in competitions all over the world including USPA, USAPL, CPL, APU, and WDFPF. Coach Daniel specializes in strength training, bodybuilding, weight loss, and physical rehabilitation. He does not believe in cutting corners for everything is possible with a little hardwork and dedication.
