From the moment coach Daniel discovered the world of fitness, he has been seeking out more ways to evolve in it. He played soccer, basketball, and badminton. He then moved on to competitive track and field and is now a powerlifter. As both a coach and an athlete, he came to believe that the work you put in is much more important than the time you spend at the gym. Coach Daniel aims to use his knowledge to teach his clients everything they need to know about discipline and focus to eventually achieve their long-term goals. His experience allows him to connect with fitness enthusiasts and push them to never give up until they reach their goals.
