Gabriel is a motivated and dynamic coach, but above all a human being who likes to help people reach their goals and surpass their limits. Passionate about sports, he grew up playing field hockey. He devoted many years and hours of training before ending his career at the Midget Espoir level. He played several other sports as well such as soccer and lacrosse during the summer and finally redirected himself to physical training. He has been training at the gym diligently for a year and a half now. He now wishes to take the next step by passing on the knowledge he has acquired while pursuing his own goals.

Gabriel has a great interest in development and conditioning. He strongly believes that every person has the power to grow and accomplish anything they want. All you have to do is believe in it and go for it. It doesn’t matter where you start from, it’s the journey, the dedication and the consistency that makes the real difference.
