Fascinated by the human body, coach Gjon has always been attracted by its strength and the physicality that comes with it. A sportsman since he was very young, it was in his early teenage years that he dived head first into the world of fitness by starting to do bodybuilding. He immediately fell in love with this sport as well as the lifestyle that comes with it, which helps him to surpass himself.
