Starting Taekwondo at the age of six, Jihene had to learn self-discipline and consistency, but most importantly how to manage her energy. Over the years, she has combined functional training, strength training, flexibility and athleticism (speed, agility, plyometrics) to excel in her combats and Poomsae training. Through this journey, Jihene discovered that she wanted to become a fitness coach to help people achieve their fitness goals as well as to help athletes excel in their sport, starting with building their mental strength to develop self-discipline and consistency.
