8 WEEK CHALLENGE MEMBERSHIP

Within 24 hours of signing up for the challenge, expect to receive an email containing your meal guide and the link to the group.

If the email isn’t in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, kindly reach out to us at [email protected].

Within 2 business days after signing up, you will receive a call from our team to prepare and schedule your very first session with your coach.  

A stylish World Gym T-Shirt awaits you at our center! Simply ask your coach to reserve one for you.

Results may vary from person to person and there is no guarantee provided. Optimal results will be achieved with a thorough and consistent training regiment, nutrition and sleep cycle. It is important to work closely with your coach and track your progression. 

The success of this program is contingent upon training 2 times per week. If you miss a session during the week, please ensure to reschedule within the same week. Sessions cannot be carried over once the 8 week challenge is completed.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Visit your local branch before your membership expires.

Memberships cannot be suspended or transfered. Some exceptions may apply, please refer to your local branch.

The guaranteed rate allows you to keep your preferred monthly membership rate at the price specified in your contract for as long as you keep your membership active with us!

14 days from the expiration date to renew the membership at no charge with the same monthly rate.

We offer VIP and PREMIUM FLEX memberships that allow you to terminate them at any time. A 30-day notice will be required to terminate the membership.

No, this service is available to VIP and Premium members only. Please refer to the question “change my membership type” below.

At any time you can upgrade to a higher plan on a new 12-month commitment. Visit your local branch to make the changes.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS

Fill up the request in the Membership tab by selecting the Corporate option. 

The rates vary based on the membership option selected. Details will follow by email once your request is completed in the Corporate membership tab. 

A minimum of 10 enrollments are required.  

We offer VIP and PREMIUM memberships.

STUDENTS & SENIORS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Students and seniors can sign up for an annual membership without paying any enrollment fees.

  • Students with a valid Student ID 
  • Seniors ages 60+ years old with a valid ID 
  • Students: Visit your nearest WGQ location and bring your valid student ID to sign up. 
  • Seniors: Visit your nearest WGQ location and bring your valid ID to sign up.

No, this membership is available only for in-person sign ups at all gym locations.

GENERAL

Consult the “Opening hours” section of your local branch under the “Find your gym” tab for the opening hours for your center.

Visit your preferred location:

  • Accompanied by a member: $18+tx
  • Not accompanied by a member: $23+tx

Guests have access to the Basic membership services: cardio machines, weight machines and locker rooms.

*Guests must be accompanied by a VIP member at all times.

Specifications for certain locations:

  • *Brossard: access during gym hours, except Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 8pm
  • *Griffintown: guests not allowed

The services of each center vary. To learn more, visit the “services” section of your location under the “Find your gym” tab.

You can get a new access card at the reception of your World Gym Quebec location. The cost to replace an access card is $25.00+tx.

It is a personalized appointment with a coach where we analyze your body mass with the TANITA, your health assessment, discuss your goals and establish a game plan to achieve them.

*The consultation is included with your membership, fees are extra for the personal training service

You can train freely in the gym with a parental permission from 16 years old.

14-15 year olds can train in the center with parental supervision AT ALL TIMES.

Yes, at a cost of $5/hour per child*.

If you are interested in this service, we suggest that you upgrade to the VIP or Premium membership since the Mini-Club service is included in these membership.

All our centers except Griffintown location offer a training section reserved for women.

We do not take reservations for group classes, but we suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes in advance to ensure your place.
