Your role and responsibilities:
- Manage membership cancellation requests
- Manage complex and/or problematic customer issues
- Train new employees
- Act as the resource person for all colleagues
- Constantly collaborate with the Assistant Gym Manager and/or the Gym Manager
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception, customer service and drop-in centre
- Any other related duties as requested
What we are hoping for:
- Concrete experience as a team leader
- At least one year of experience in a customer service field
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Available during the week and/or on weekends (depending on the manager’s schedule)
