Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire talent acquisition process
- Provide support and guidance to management
- Collaborate with management on an ongoing basis to assess staffing needs
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies
- Promote employment opportunities on various internal and social media platforms
- Evaluate and analyze incoming resumes
- Coordinate and administer telephone and/or virtual interviews
- Develop job descriptions in collaboration with the HR consultant and conduct job postings
- Promote the philosophy and values of World Gym Quebec
- Develop partnerships with various local and international schools and universities
- Accompany managers throughout the recruitment process and provide support as needed
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Coordinate, attend and participate in events related to recruitment and promotion of World Gym Quebec
- Perform administrative tasks
- All other related tasks as requested
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in the field and/or in a similar role (an important asset)
- Experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry (an asset)
- Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment and manage changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop trusting relationships with candidates, internal and external collaborators
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Sense of responsibility, thoroughness, and good judgment
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
