Coach Ahmed started practicing karate when he was 6 years old, then at 15 he decided to switch to Việt Võ Đạo (Vietnamese martial art). He started strength training at 16 doing body weight exercises and later joined a gym. Ahmed has always loved combat sports and martial arts, which is why he also started boxing. Having quickly learned the techniques of this sport, he even joined a boxing club and started competing in Senegal and Quebec. Ahmed is also passionate about nutrition and how the human body reacts to the food we eat.
