Coach Ahmeth began practicing karate at the age of six before transitioning to Việt Võ Đạo, a Vietnamese martial art, at fifteen. By sixteen, he incorporated strength training through bodyweight exercises before eventually joining a gym. His passion for combat sports and martial arts led him to boxing, where he quickly mastered the techniques and began competing both in Senegal and Quebec.
Beyond his expertise in training and martial arts, Coach Ahmeth has a deep understanding of injury prevention and recovery, particularly joint injuries, having faced significant injuries himself. His personal experience allows him to guide clients through safe, effective rehabilitation while helping them regain strength and mobility. He believes that fitness is for everyone and that anyone can improve physically, regardless of their starting point.
