Coach Cheikh Ahmeth Diop

Coach Ahmeth began practicing karate at the age of six before transitioning to Việt Võ Đạo, a Vietnamese martial art, at fifteen. By sixteen, he incorporated strength training through bodyweight exercises before eventually joining a gym. His passion for combat sports and martial arts led him to boxing, where he quickly mastered the techniques and began competing both in Senegal and Quebec.

Beyond his expertise in training and martial arts, Coach Ahmeth has a deep understanding of injury prevention and recovery, particularly joint injuries, having faced significant injuries himself. His personal experience allows him to guide clients through safe, effective rehabilitation while helping them regain strength and mobility. He believes that fitness is for everyone and that anyone can improve physically, regardless of their starting point. His philosophy is rooted in the idea that we should all strive to become the best version of ourselves every day.

Passionate about nutrition and the impact of food on the body, Coach Ahmeth integrates holistic wellness into his approach. He continuously refines his methods, knowing that the progress and results of his clients also make him a better coach. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and results-driven, he is committed to helping others unlock their full potential through personalized training, injury management, and a mindset of continuous self-improvement.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage that counts
