Over the years, coach Charles has accumulated a very diverse fitness background. He is a national level mountain biker, track and field athlete and gymnast, and has also competed in the Men’s Physical category where he reached the top 10 at a European exhibition. He has thrived in alot, but his favorite is without a doubt cross training. After meticulous preparation, he was able to integrate one of the 3 Special Forces regiments of the French Army. Today coach Charles wishes to transmit his passion for training and the feeling of surpassing oneself to his students.
