Aside from being a coach, Mirza is a jiu-jitsu competitor with the Brazilian Top Team. He’s been through fierce training regimens and competitions. Coach Mirza specializes in strength and conditioning training, and he frequently incorporates different training methods into his routines. He is a huge advocate for unconventional barbell and kettlebell training, and thanks to his extensive experience in martial arts, he is able to create dynamic boxing workouts for you.

Coach Mirza has designed, molded, and reshaped his system to make sure it delivers all the knowledge, tools, and support you need to achieve results you never thought were possible.
