Since my childhood, I have always been a sporty person. From the age of 9, I tried several sports, including football and my career in this sport lasted for 11 years at Concordia University. Football and my PT training not only taught me the right coaching methods, but also discipline, perseverance, hard work, teamwork and good lifestyle habits. I am a sociable and friendly person who wants to share these values with my entourage to help people reach their full potential, their goals and a healthy life while taking into consideration their needs and lifestyle.
