Customer Service Agent
Are you passionate about fitness and have a knack for sales coordination? World Gym Quebec is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as customer service agent at our Head Office.
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and customers. This professional is the first point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all who frequent the facilities and use the services as well as those who have an interest in our services. The agent plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers. This position requires communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to customer satisfaction and the success of the gym.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Respond warmly to customers, providing information and answering their questions.
- Manage customer accounts and payments, ensuring quality customer service.
- Respond to phone calls, emails and inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Promote courses, services offered and personal training to clients, encouraging their participation and commitment.
- Collaborate with gym staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and seminars to stay informed of the latest customer service trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, a degree in management, communications or a related field is an asset.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a sports or educational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
