This coach first joined the WG team as an MRS but later transitioned to a coach. When he was 7 years old, he got into the world of fitness through different kinds of sports like soccer, basketball, and baseball. He continued to pursue these passions until he had to undergo an emergency surgery in college which changed his view on fitness. He then developed a routine at the gym and followed it for the next 7 years. Today, he uses his experiences with bodybuilding, powerlifting, and mixed martial arts to develop the best possible training methods for his clients.
