Whether you’re still young, or you still remember that time of your life, you know the thirst you had for knowledge and experiences. You craved passion, strength, wisdom, and inner peace. You wanted a safe place to grow readily and freely, so what better way for the youth to grow than through fitness? 

This article is about how two organizations, World Gym Quebec and Pour 3 Points, have collaborated through their mutual belief in providing the best environment for the community to bloom comfortably.

World Gym Quebec

We, at World Gym Quebec, believe that in the right environment, every individual has the potential to become everything he or she aims to be. We aspire everyday to maintain an innovative environment where every member of our community is able to believe in their abilities as much as we do and find their comfortable path to move forward in fitness. We continue to better ourselves everyday so we can provide accessible, affordable, and convenient services to drive you towards your goals.

Pour 3 Points

Pour 3 Points is an organization that trains fitness coaches to develop and increase their positive impact on young people in fitness and in life. It has been 10 years now since they turned their belief in social equality for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds into a mission. By training coaches, Pour 3 Points strengthens their role in fostering an environment that motivates and supports the well-being of the youth.

Event At World Gym Griffintown

In honor of their 10-year anniversary, we have joined hands to organize a fundraising event on Saturday November 27, 2021 at World Gym Griffintown. It will include a variety of group classes, Athletics classes, and massage services all while you enjoy the musical entertainment of a DJ! 100% of proceeds will go to Pour 3 Points, so you can show your support to the community and have fun doing it!
