The hardest step is the first one, so make yours count! Before you decide to workout everyday, choose the environment you want to grow in. With today’s uncertainties, one thing is true, your choices are limited, but that doesn’t mean you have to be. You’ve heard it multiple times before when you were planning a new beginning for yourself: “Join a gym!”, and that’s your best way to begin. Don’t let anything stop you just like we are not letting anything stop us from adapting everyday to protect the fitness environment we created. When you can’t go to the gym, the gym will come to you! Join a fitness app and take your first step into a year that is all about you.

This way it’s much harder to ignore your invitation to be better when you get a reminder on your app that it’s time to workout and in just the right moment to look up to see your corner ready and waiting, all you have to do now is get up and start! Get yourself into your routine and soon you’ll find yourself driving to the gym everyday without a miss!

15g. Limitless Pharma – Vanilla Whey Isolate

15g. Navitas Organics Keto Cacao

1 Oreo

1 Drop of Skinny Syrups of your choice

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 cup of cold coffee

200g. Ice Cream

Add all your ingredients to your blender except for your ice cubes and blend

Then add your ice cubes and blend for about 60 seconds

Enjoy! ( If you would like to, add some light whipped cream as well as a few oreo chips and candy canes as a topping ).

5 Tips To Set Your New Year’s Fitness Resolutions

As much as setting New Year resolutions is popular, breaking them is just as frequent. We’ve all written down our list on December 31st every year and went to bed excited to start making it all happen, then woke up the next day and forgot where we even placed the list. It’s easy to dream big, but making it all possible is a whole other ball game. Well, this year is going to be different! We’ve rounded up 5 tips to help you set your New Year’s fitness resolutions the right way so you’d have a much better chance at achieving them all! 

Start Small and Set Realistic Goals

It’s not wrong to aim high and want huge achievements for yourself, but creating goals that are hard to attain to begin with will disrupt your system before you even start! When creating your New Year fitness plan, start with small realistic goals, ones you know you can achieve quickly. After that, increase the level you’re aiming for gradually until your plan ends with the big goals you were initially aiming for. You’ll be knocking out those prize worthy ambitions before you know it!
